At The Pelligon in Canary Wharf, we transformed a dated interior into a sleek, modern environment designed for seamless brand activation and high-impact events. The project demanded precision and care, particularly due to the building’s extensive use of glass and its delicate finishes.

One of the first challenges was protecting the original marble flooring. In collaboration with Nora and Jumpax, we engineered a bespoke floor protection system capable of withstanding the movement of heavy production equipment during installations, while preserving the pristine surface underneath.

We removed all existing wall panels and set up a fully equipped on-site spray booth with extraction and filtration systems. This allowed us to apply a client-selected RAL colour along with an intumescent fire-rated coating directly on site. New square columns were constructed to maintain clean sightlines and reinforce the venue’s minimalist aesthetic.

Structural and aesthetic upgrades extended throughout the space. Balustrades were fully upgraded, and we managed the installation of two key spiral staircases, ensuring both functionality and visual impact. The kitchen facilities were expanded and modernised with a new commercial kitchen, while all lighting, power, and HVAC systems were upgraded to meet the demands of contemporary events and operational efficiency.

Every intervention was conceived to elevate the space’s sophistication while allowing flexible activation for brands and events. The result is a venue that balances aesthetic elegance with functional performance, maintaining the original character of the building while delivering a contemporary, high-spec environment suitable for large-scale activations and immersive experiences.
