Corner Corner London

At Corner Corner in Canada Water, we worked alongside Broadwick to deliver a new multi-use event space that bridges culture, innovation, and sustainability within one of London’s most forward-thinking creative districts.

The project transformed an existing industrial structure into a flexible event and exhibition venue, designed to adapt to a diverse range of uses — from live music and art installations to immersive brand experiences. Working closely with Broadwick’s vision, we delivered a space that retains its industrial honesty while offering the technical capability and finish required for large-scale creative production.

Among the first projects to take place at Corner Corner was Minecraft’s debut immersive experience in the UK, which reimagined the world of the game through large-scale projection, light, and sound. The build’s open-span layout and durable specification provided the ideal setting for an activation of this scale and complexity.

Alongside the event space, we constructed a fully functioning vertical farm — a first-of-its-kind feature for Broadwick’s venue network. Working with design partners CHOKK and Harvest, we built the structural framework and expansive glass enclosure that houses the farm, creating a transparent architectural statement at the heart of the site.

The internal design and operational systems were led by CHOKK and Harvest, who have pioneered a new approach to indoor vertical farming — cultivating plants within a controlled environment using advanced hydroponic systems and renewable energy principles. The result is a living, working installation that demonstrates how sustainability and spatial design can coexist within a cultural setting.

The Corner Corner vertical farm stands as both an architectural and environmental innovation — a project that connects London’s creative and ecological futures, built through collaboration, precision, and a shared commitment to reimagining what a venue can be.
